How many people can stay?
Dowr View - up to 4 adults & 1 infant

Sunnyside - up to 4 adults & 1 infant & 2 dogs

Kingfisher Lodge - up to 6 adults & 1 infant  

 

Who can book to stay with us?

The lead guest must be over 25 years of age.  We are unable to accept single sex groups due to Park Rules.  Fishermen who are fishing in festivals must book their accomodation directly with the park.

​Are we pet friendly?
Dowr View & Kingfisher Lodge are pet free.   

Sunnyside is pet friendly.  We accept up to 2 dogs - but the park will not accept banned breeds onto the site.

 

Do we welcome children?
Yes we do.  White Acres is a great place to bring your children for a fantastic family holiday.  You might want to teach them to fish or spend the day body boarding.  Either way you will make amazing memories that will last a life time.

Can we supply a travel cot?
Yes we can - there is room for the travel cot in all of our holiday homes so we can accept 1 infant in addition to the main guests.

Do we supply bedding?
For all bookings over 5 nights we supply bedding as standard.  For short stays of 3 or 4 days we offer bedding as an optional extra at £14.20 for the master bedroom & £7.10 for each single bed.

Do we supply towels?
Towels are included for 2 week bookings only.  They are available as an optional extra at the time of booking for £3.50 per person for all other bookings.  
 

Do we offer a change of bedding on 2 week stays?
Yes we do - on bookings over 14 nights we offer a change of bedding and towels midway through your stay.  You do need to strip the beds and remake them yourself though.

Can I have a supermarket delivery to the caravan?
Yes - most of the big supermarkets operate a delivery service in the area and they are regularly on site making deliveries.  If you are arranging one for the first day of your holiday - please make sure it arrives after the check in time.

 

Can I have a bbq on site?
Yes - you are allowed to have a bbq.  However, please don't set it up on the plastic decking.  You will need to set it up on the tarmac parking area.  Avoid placing it directly on the grassy area - especially in the summer when there is a risk of fire.

Are there storage lockers outside?

Yes - there is a large metal lockable locker suitable for all your beach gear and fishing gear.  There is also a wooden tackle locker (excluding Sunnyside) where you can keep bait etc.  Please don't bring your fishing bate into the property.

 

What furniture is on the decking?

Dowr View -There is a low sofa and glass topped table that seats 3 plus 2 chairs
Sunnyside - There is a table and chairs for 4 plus 2 sun loungers

Kingfisher Lodge - There is a table and chairs for 6 plus 2 sun loungers

 

Can I park my car beside the holiday home?

Dowr View & Sunnyside - Yes you can - there is a dedicated space for 1 car.  Other parking is available behind the tackle shop 1 minute walk away

Kingfisher Lodge - - Yes you can - there is a dedicated space for 2 cars.

Do I need to purchase leisure passes?

Leisure passes are required to use the pool, play bingo or book activities for your children.  You can access the bars, restaurant and evening entertainment without needing a pass

 

How close are the beaches?
Porth & Watergate Beaches are closest at approx 12 mins away.  However, there is an amazing choice of beaches which all offer something different for you all within a 20 minute drive.
 

Is there a restaurant on site?

Yes there is.  It is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.  In addition there is a chip shop and pizza take away if you just want to chill out in your own space.

 

Where is the closest supermarket?

• Quintrell Downs - Spar & postoffice

• Trellogan Estate, Newquay - Morrisons & Lidl plus a McDonalds, Burger King, Car wash, Screwfix

• Indian Queens - a small co-op

• Fraddon - Large M&S foodhall, Next, TK Max, Mountain Warehouse and Boots
