We stayed in the lodge a few weeks back and it was such a lovely place to come away to. So nice clean and spacious. Carolyn was quick to respond to any queries we had and she sent across lots of helpful information with things to do and places to go. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

After a lovely visit last year, returned to the lodge for 11 nights at the beginning of August! Had another great trip, kids enjoyed themselves and actually chilled a lot (albeit on the decking on their tablets!). Very comfortable and well looked after lodge with stunning views across the valley!

We spent a week in Kingfisher lodge and had the loveliest time. The lodge was really clean, spacious and well equipped; we very quickly felt right at home. The position of the lodge also means it has the most fabulous view and we really appreciated the sense of space that gave us. Carolyn was very helpful, providing clear information for our stay as well as additional local recommendations.

We decided last minute to spend Easter weekend and my birthday in our favourite county as I had a last minute day off work on Easter Day. After finding this lodge I emailed on the off chance and managed to get a booking for the 4 nights to accommodate our stay. Best decision we made! The lodge is immaculate, the location is perfect. The facilities within in are better than some cottages that we have paid 6x the price for!! All our party said the showers were incredible, beds super comfy, and everything we needed to rebalance our little gang and prep us for another few months of school and work. Thank you so much!!!

I would like to say I’ll recommend you to all but then I may miss out on another holiday myself but we will definitely be back!!!

Views are wonderful & Lodge has everything you need.  Its like home from home, three really good size bedrooms & so spacious throughout.
To top it up Carolyn & Mark make wonderful hosts.

Just returned from a weeks holiday and just wanted to express our sincere thanks to Carolyn for such a proffesional/friendly Service, From start to finish our overall experiece was exceptional, The comminication was quick and every question was answered with a speedy response, The Lodge was beautiful a real Home from Home and there was everything there you needed, The lodge was spotlessly clean with breath taking Views and the location was in an excellant position, To say we did not want to come home was an understatement !!!! On our arrival home without hesitation we booked for next year
