Our Properties at White Acres Holiday Park
Luxury Holiday Accommodation
White Acres Holiday Park is located on the A392, between the A30 and Quintrell Downs.

White Acres Holiday Park
You’ll find all the facilities you need for a great holiday at White Acres, with 13 tranquil fishing lakes and 184 acres of gorgeous rolling Cornish countryside, an indoor pool and gym, crazy golf and kids play areas. Fishing vouchers can be purchased from the Tackle shop on arrival.
The park has a bar, restaurant, café, fish n chip take away, club house with evening entertainment and shop on site. Leisure passes are required to access the club / bar & restaurant only after 5.30pm and to use the pool. For 2024 there is now a dog friendly area in the main bar area.
The First Bite Café is pet friendly. Currently it is open for Breakfast and Lunch (8am to 2pm)
The park is 10 mins away by car from Newquay town centre and local beaches: Porth, Watergate and Mawgan Porth. Charlestown & the Eden Project are only 25 minutes away.
Kingfisher Lodge
Our 3 bedroom lodge sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably, with 2 shower rooms, lots of space to relax, TV's in the bedrooms and a smart TV in the lounge and unlimited download Wi-Fi.
Pocket sprung king size mattress in master bedroom.
Washing machine and dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave, double glazing and central heating.
Large secure decking area with amazing views for miles across beautiful Cornish countryside.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board & clothes airer included.

Dowr View
We chose the name Dowr View, Dowr meaning Lake in Cornish.
A beautiful extra wide caravan with one of the best locations, overlooking Jenny's Lake. Will sleep up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a king size bed and the twin room has 2 full size twin beds). There is a TV in the lounge (42" smart TV) and master bedroom. The master also benefits from an ensuite shower.
Pocket sprung mattresses in all bedrooms, full size single beds in twin room.
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge freezer, double glazing and central heating.
Secure decking area right beside Jenny's. 2 minute walk from the Tackle Shop and First Bite Café.
Wi-Fi is available via Parkdean - this is via a router in the caravan with its own dedicated external aerial.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board & clothes airer supplied.
Dedicated parking for 1 car with extra parking available by the tackle shop
Sunnyside
Our luxury pet friendly caravan close to the lakes sleeps up to 4 adults across 2 bedrooms and up to 2 dogs. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
Smart TV in lounge and master bedroom, both with DVD players.
Pocket sprung mattresses in all bedrooms, King size in master bedroom.
Dishwasher, undercounter full size fridge and separate full size freezer, microwave, double glazing and central heating.
Secure decking 2 minute walk from the Tackle shop and First Bite
Wi-Fi is available via Parkdean - this is via a router in the caravan with its own dedicated external aerial.
