Where is our accomodation located?

White Acres Holiday Park is located on the A392, which is the road that runs into Newquay from the A30.  Great location for exploring Cornwall and only 12 minutes from the North Cornwall coast & Newquay. 
We have 2 caravans (Dowr View & Sunnyside in Sycamore Forest) and 1 lodge (Kingfisher in Chestnut Forest.Trevella Holiday Park is located on the road into Crantock and is approximately 5 minutes from Newquay town centre.  The beach is a 20 minute walk via a footpath down through the fields and onto the Gannel Estuary.  Local beaches are Crantock, Polly Joke, Holywell Bay, Perranporth, Fistral and all the Newquay town beaches.We have 2 caravans here (Fistral & Lake View).  Lake View is managed by us on behalf of the owners Stephen & Jo.

The park features well-maintained grounds Lake View Holidays offering a choice of accommodation in 2 caravans, one of which is pet-friendly.   Both sleep up to 4 adults.Guests at Trevella Holiday Park can enjoy a variety of facilities designed to enhance their holiday experience. The park boasts heated outdoor swimming pool, 2 stocked fishing lakes for angling enthusiasts, and well-equipped children's play areas. White Acres Holiday Park offers 12 fishing lakes, an indoor pool, gym, club house, bar, restaurant, evening entertainment, sports bar with darts, pool tables, and a curling lane. Additional amenities include a takeaway, shop, cafe, mini golf, and kids play areas. Please note, some activities may have additional charges, and leisure passes are required for the pool, gym, and evening bingo.At Trevella Holiday Park, you can enjoy an outdoor heated pool, mini golf, adventure play areas, and 2 fishing lakes (free of charge, but you must have a fishing licence). There's also a pub and mobile food vans in the evenings.

Can we bring our dogs with us?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your dogs with you! We have two pet-friendly caravans, each accommodating up to 2 dogs and 4 adults. One is at Trevella Holiday Park, and the other is at White Acres. Please note, the parks do not allow "banned breeds." We provide sofa covers, which are changed after every booking.You will need to bring your own dog towels, food and water bowls etc.  There are dedicated dog exercise areas at both parks.

Trevella - dogs are not allowed to be walked around the 2 lakesWhite Acres - dogs are allowed to be walked on their lead around the lakes before 10am and after 4pm.

What is our season length?

White Acres Holiday ParkOur properties at  are available as follows: Caravans are available from mid-March to mid-November, and the lodge is available from mid-March to January 2nd (closed from January 3rd to mid-March). Please note, site facilities are not fully available during November and December. Trevella Holiday Park is open all year round, with the outdoor pool open from April to September, weather permitting.

Do you provide bed linen for our stay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide bed linen for stays longer than 5 days. If you're staying for 14 days, we'll change the linen halfway through your stay. For shorter stays of 3 or 4 days, bed linen is available for an additional charge. Please note, towels are not included for bookings less than 14 days, but you can order them as an optional extra during the booking process.

Can I fish at Trevella?

There are two course fishing lakes at Trevella, which are free for guests to use.  They contain a mixture of fish.
You must show your Environment Agency Rod Licence in reception before going on to the lakes.  
Dogs are not allowed to accompany you into this area.

Just down the road is Gwinear Fisheries - another course fishing location.  You would need to book in advance to ensure that pegs are available for you.

Can I fish at White Acres?

Most definitely - White Acres is well know for its fishing lakes.

There are 12 in total: with Nelsons and Pats being Specimen Lakes and the others Match lakes.
Nelsons has been split into two for the 2026 season, with catfish netted and moved to one end and the Carp separated into the other end.

Fishing tickets and a rod licence are required.  You can purchase your fishing tickets on arrival from the Tackle Shop.

What food outlets are there at White Acres Holiday Park?

Take aways: 
Fish n Chips and a Pizza outlet.  The Pizzeria will deliver to your property 
Scoops Ice Cream Parlour - located next to the Pizzeria just down from the reception building.

Restaurants:
Polkerris Restaurant - located in the main entertainment hub open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Lakeside Cafe - open for lunch and breakfast only.  Situated by the lakes and close to the Tackle Shop
Late Night Nibbles - you can order a small selection of items in the main club house up to 9pm

Bar:
There is a bar at the pizzeria with an outdoor seating area, with amazing views 
Main bar is next to the restaurant in the club house
Sports bar - a large seating area just off the main bar which has pool tables, darts and a curling alley
Show bar - located at the back of the main hall where the kids and evening entertainment is held

Bar
There is a very small pub called the Piskie Inn, which is open in the evenings only.  It has an outdoor seating area.

Food
There is a permanent food truck by the entrance to the camping area.  In addition there are visiting food trucks during the busy months.  These will be advertised by the gate as you leave the park.

Halwyn
This is new and located just 2 minutes from the park.  They are not linked in anyway.
