Terms & Conditions

Key Points - Updated October 2022

While at the holiday park, it is important that all members of your group adhere to the site rules

COVID 19

  • Should the park close and we are unable to provide your holiday accommodation, we will refund all monies received or offer to move your booking to an alternative date should you so wish.  Any difference in the holiday cost due to a change in dates would be reduced or increased on your booking form as appropriate.

  • Only guests that form part of your booking may use the property.

PAYMENTS

  • We require a £50 deposit per week booked to secure your dates

  • Full payment must be received 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday

SECURITY BOND - REFUNDABLE

  • A £50 refundable security bond will be added to the holiday cost.  It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long as you have left the property in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to your start date the following deductions with apply

    • If you cancel 6 weeks prior to arrival - £50 deposit retained.

    • If you cancel after this 100% of hire charge will be retained.

    • We would suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

  • It is important that you understand that it is against the Park rules to charge your car from the domestic electrical supply within the caravan / lodge

  • If you are found to have ignored this Park rule your security bond will be withheld 

GENERAL

  • Each park has strict rules about no male or female groups and the lead guest must be over 25 years of age

  • No smoking or vaping in the property

  • We and the Park Management reserve the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour or noise level of any party is unacceptable, if the no. of guests exceeds those listed on your booking form or complaints have been received.  No money will be refunded in this circumstance

  • Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it

  • Always dispose of your rubbish in the large wheelie bins located close to your property  

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES

  • Please keep your furry friends confined to the lounge / kitchen / dining areas (out of the bedrooms)

  • We supply covers for the sofas - but if returning from a walk and your furry friend is wet / sandy / muddy please keep them off of the furniture until they are dry

  • Please pick up after your dog - that includes when you are out and about - Keep Cornwall Looking Good!

  • Please never ever leave your furry friends unattended in the property.  They may become distressed at being in a strange environment and cause damage
