Kingfisher Lodge is one of them. We named the lodge after the resident Kingfishers that can be seen darting across the lakes.
Positioned in an elevated position at the end of the access road, the first thing you'll notice is the view. Your eyes are naturally drawn across the fishing lakes and onwards for miles over rolling Cornish countryside, creating an immediate sense of peace that's hard to describe until you've experienced it for yourself.
We chose Kingfisher Lodge because it offered something truly special – the feeling of space. Inside, there's masses of space for families to spread out and relax, while outside the large decking becomes your own private viewing platform over one of the most beautiful views at White Acres.
Whether you're gathering for a family holiday, celebrating a special occasion or simply escaping the pace of everyday life, Kingfisher Lodge offers the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect.

Early mornings bring soft mist rising across the valley, while sunny afternoons reveal patchwork fields stretching towards the horizon. As evening arrives, the changing light transforms the countryside into warm shades of gold, making the decking one of our favourite places to sit with a glass of wine and simply enjoy the moment.
It's the kind of view that encourages you to put your phone down and spend a little longer watching the world outside.

One of the things guests love most about Kingfisher Lodge is how spacious it feels.
The master bedroom offers a little touch of luxury with its king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and private en-suite, while the two twin rooms give children, teenagers or friends their own comfortable space to unwind. With TVs in every bedroom, everyone can enjoy a little quiet time before coming together again in the open-plan living area.
It's a lodge designed for holidays where nobody feels on top of one another.
Sleep Well, Wake Refreshed
As with all of our holiday homes, a great night's sleep has always been one of our priorities.
We've upgraded the master bedroom with a comfortable pocket-sprung mattress because we believe holidays should leave you feeling rested as well as refreshed. Combined with the peaceful surroundings, it's no surprise that guests often tell us they've slept incredibly well during their stay.

Master Bedroom
This bedroom is accessed from the hallway leading from the kitchen. It has a King Size bed with pocket sprung mattress, smart TV, multiple drawers and a walk in wardrobe with 3 hanging rails. There is also a large ensuite shower room with double width shower cubicle.
Two Twin Rooms
Each room contains two full sized single beds, a wall mounted TV and wardrobe with drawers underneath.
Kitchen
Contains full sized dishwasher, washing machine, 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave. We supply lots of glassware, plates and cutlery plus all the other things that you need to make you feel like you are at home.
Lounge / Dining Room
With the best views out across the lake, this is a fabulous place to just relax. Open the French doors out onto the decking and you can watch the world go by.Dining room seats 4 with comfortable high back chairsLounge - contains 42" colour smart TV, DVD player, books for you to enjoy, DVD's, two 2 seater sofas and an ottoman footstool. Cushions are stored here for the decking furniture.

There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer supplied for you to use.
